HOW DO WE KNOW THE MEANING OF NUMBERS?
We look for an association of meaning in the passage where numbers are quoted in Scripture. We look for an association of meaning with the order of books in the Bible, the order of chapters in books, and verses in chapters. We look for internal consistency of meaning: the meaning of a number must be related to the meaning of its factors. (Example: 27=9×3. If 9 means “Spirit” and 3 means “Truth”, then 9 x 3 should mean “Spiritual Truth”). The interpretation of a number may never contradict Scripture. The Bible has ultimate authority.
HOW CAN WE BE SURE OUR MEANINGS ARE CORRECT?
We show on this site how the spiritual meanings of numbers agrees with God’s truth in the stars, God’s truth in creation, God’s truth in prophecy, and God’s truth in Scripture. Many people have proposed meanings for spiritual numbers but how many have validated their proposed meanings against the witnesses of God’s truth (stars, creation, prophecy and the Bible)? Our meanings have been validated in four different ways. If spiritual meanings do not agree with these witnesses, throw them out, they are but man’s invention. WHY THEOLOGY IS IMPORTANT
How does the mind of God order all truth?
God divides truth according to major themes or doctrines. In spiritual numbers a theme is nine numbers. Then within themes he divides that truth into three supporting dogmas. In spiritual numbers we call these ‘truth triplets’. Each dogma has its own central message, which is elaborated by the two other numbers in the truth triplet.
The beauty of spiritual numbers is we see laid out before us the mind of God. We see what God says are the important issues for the seeker of truth to appreciate. Human theologians can twist truth by taking an insight and elevating it above its status in the mind of God.
For example, the number 148 means ‘Elect of the Father’ and reflects the truth that God selects those who will respond to his message. In the Christian faith theologians have strongly differed as to whether man’s response to God’s call is free-will [Armenianism] or whether man’s response to God’s call is not free-will [Calvinism]. Arguments over this detail of theology has split the church for hundreds of years and persists to this day. Yet when we look into the spiritual numbers we see from God’s perspective this truth fits into the 29th dogma (truth triplet) ‘Separated Church’ which supports the 12th doctrine (number theme) ‘Church Government’. In other words, the number 148 exists as a supporting truth to greater and more important messages God wants us to understand. Theologians who fight and divide the church on issues that are relatively minor in the mind of God are performing a disservice to the community of faith and are failing to order truth properly according to the mind of God.

There seems to be revealed understanding about the nature of a person. Dear Marjorie. English is not a ‘divine language’. No where on the site do we present numerical values of English letters. The Bible was written in Hebrew and Greek. We show the values and meanings of those letters. ‘All my days are written in your Book, O Lord!’ (Psalm 139). Take your eyes away from English letters and turn your attention to Scripture. See using our counting techniques what year corresponds to what Bible chapter or what Bible verses. This will show you what God has done and what He will do. You are a part of His plan. If the numbers and stories never contradict the bible then why do you refer to the snake that tempted eve as a bird with beautiful plumage? Ive heard of the devil being compared to a bird eating the seed but never in that story of the temptation in the garden. Please enlighten me on how you have come up with this.
Hi Joyce. In the Garden the Deceiver took a form, whatever it was, that communicated with Eve in the voice of an authoritative teacher from the tree. As part of His judgment God said “On your belly you shall go and you shall eat dust”. So he was transformed into a serpent. I cannot say definitively that the form he took in the tree was a bird. I would only offer to you that a bird in a tree that tweets incessantly whenever a man or woman passes by is a fitting metaphor of communicators, who perch themselves above the rest of us and fill our ears with loud calls and cries for as long as we stay under his feet. Incidentally, there are snakes that climb trees. Alas, the serpent’s efforts to confuse our minds continue. He just takes different forms. Blessings. servant mark

I saw the number 2712 in a dream then 2900. In another I saw 430…in another 191 and 40. I have been seeing, 111, 222, 333, 444, 555, 777, 144, 211, 311, 411, 511, 711, 811, 911..1010..1212…1222 or 1221 it drives me nuts!!

Hello my name is Tina, I was introduced to numbers when I was seeing 23. I searched for a long time and finally came across this website. Taking all of these numbers into my life has drastically changed on how I live day by day. I am starting school 7/23/18. The schools address is 23 23 and I just so happen to start on the 23rd day. Hi Tina. I would not apply the meaning of spiritual numbers to dates. The Julian Calendar was invented by a Roman (pagan, many gods). Surely this counting system isn’t from heaven. So the heavenly meaning of numbers (presented here) can’t apply to them. Did God ordain the series of numbers in addresses and phone numbers? If He did not then the heavenly meaning of numbers don’t apply to them either. The only sure application of Bible Numbers is to things created by God: the natural world, the Scriptures, and time. I’m writing again because I’m absolutely overwhelmed with the knowledge I’m not the only one who sees numbers and knows somehow they’re significant. I’m sitting in my living room and my tears won’t stop. There’s a mix of relief, feeling loved by my Abba and shame because of my choices since I ran back to Him almost three years ago. Even tho I’ve chosen to do things that are not good for me, I know my Salvation, my relationship with the One Who made me is unshakeable. I have always signed my letters Love Always, Lynne and now I realize even that was Him using my own writing to whisper to me how special I am to Him. I know this gift of seeing numbers in a way others don’t is supposed to at times help me be an intercessor or give comfort to someone who thinks God didn’t have anything to do with their creation or Who deems them important to Him. At least, that’s what I think for now. Btw.. I write my first comment before I even read the introduction to your site.
Others have reported this experience. It is a long journey. It takes time for people to see with their new eyes and hear with their new ears. And trust what they see and hear is from the Father. In my own visions there is always a crowd close to the Holy One. Strange and alone as we may feel among people of the earth, the truth is in the spiritual realm we already mingle among multitudes of kindred souls.

I am wondering where you got the meaning behind 242. The reason I ask is because I feel that we are nearing close to the Rapture of the Church, and I found your sight today and 242 shows “The Saints go to Heaven”. It’s been a little more than 50 years since the U.N. passed Resolution 242. It’s is America’s 242nd Birthday this year. For 242, Strong’s Hebrew Concordance shows “Uzzen Sheerah: “portion of Sheerah,” a place in Palestine” and Strong’s Greek Concordance shows “to leap, gush forth (of water)”. In the wake of the upcoming peace talks, this seems significant. There have also been a lot of flood waters coming up lately. I’d really like to hear more about how you formed that meaning behind the number 242, Thanks and May His Peace be with you!
Hi Melanie. Here is where applying spiritual numbers is so tricky. When was America’s birthday from God’s perspective? Was it the year of the First Continental Congress (held in secret) 1774? The start of the American Revolutionary War vs Britain 1775? The Declaration of Independence 1776? The Surrender of the British at Yorktown 1781? The Treaty of Paris (when America was officially recognized) 1783? Personally I lean to 1783 as the birth; 1774 as conception; and regard the years prior to 1783 as the birth pangs. Hi Michael. I can’t answer what it MEANS for you. I can discuss the general meaning. According to our assessment, 103 means “IMAGE OF GOD: WORD OF GOD”. It lies in Theme 8 of the numbers, above the line, meaning a good number. It rests at the bottom right corner of the number triangle in the 8th theme, indicating it is a foundational truth, upon which the validity of the rest of Theme 8 rests. 103 sits opposite to number 88 “RIGHTEOUS AFFLICTED” at the other corner of the 8th Truth Triangle. Theme 8 addresses the Renewal of the Church [i.e. the Body of Christ, not any institution]. All renewal, personal or corporate, begins with a fresh revelation of Christ as not only the Word of God, speaking truth, but as the Man of Sorrows, sacrificing his life that we might live. Psalm 103 says “Praise the LORD, O my soul”. Thus 103 speaks to an intimate knowledge a righteous one, as only the closest of friends could possess. The apostle John, almost at a loss for words, reduced it to this: “He was in the world, and though the world was made through Him, the world did not recognize him… The WORD became FLESH and lived among us…” (John 1 v 10-14). John would know, he walked beside Jesus for years and was the disciple who rested his head on Jesus’ breast, all the better to hear his heart beat. The 103rd chapter of the Bible is Leviticus 13. Just as the priest inspects the flesh and judges “clean” or “unclean”, the WORD tests us, if only we would meditate on it and renew our souls as we behold Christ. 103 is the 27th prime number. 27 means “HOLY TRUTH”. 103 is the outward manifestation of its inner essence, which for any prime is its ordinal: for 103 it is 27. “IMAGE OF GOD” (103) is “HOLY TRUTH” (27) revealed before our eyes. At times in my life I have seen a certain number repeatedly. I looked up the Bible chapter for that number and meditated on it. In this way I was comforted because the chapter did speak a word my heart needed to hear. I can’t say this works for everyone. All the best.

Hello Elisha. Have you accepted Jesus on the throne of your heart? Confessed your sins to him and asked forgiveness on the basis of the Cross? If so, then you are born again and the direct consequence of that is “the old man died” and “your [new] life is hidden in God”. What is the point of looking for a spiritual meaning of an age of a person, the old man, who died? So, don’t apply spiritual numbers to your age if you are a Christian. And if you are not a Christian, then understand unconfessed sin gives the Judge no choice, since He is righteous, to condemn you on the Day of Judgment. You really really don’t want to be condemned. I even told my wife about it. I met Jesus for the first time now. Before I only took out a fire insurance. One day a was driving my vehicle when I saw 702 again. I asked God and said this words : Father , I am not the old Johannes anymore and fear is not of you. Is this the day of my death ? He clearly answered : No its my coming. In the context of my dream the number made perfect sense in my life. Numbers are one of ways the Holy Spirit speaks. People in the East always knew that. We in the West are late in appreciating this. Hi Mark…..have you ever read Gabriel Ansley Erb’s site about the world ending 2028? We do not know the day nor the hour but we can know the year. A lot of people have been given the year 2028 as the end and if you click on ‘confirmations’ on his site you can read about it.

I See #122 “City of peace” a lot for many years now, my ex (daughter’s mom) claims to see that # everywhere possible to be seen for a long time as well. I was born in 01/22 my daughter was born at 1:22pm Please explain to understand it a little more. To this day I keep seeing it. Blessings
Hello Ariel. The 122nd chapter of the Bible is Numbers 5 where it is written: “Command the children of Israel that they put out of the camp every leper, everyone who has a discharge, and whoever becomes defiled by a corpse.” (v 2). As you know these are the people who are supposed to shout “Unclean! Unclean!” whenever anyone comes near them. If these people were allowed to stay in the camp the peace of the place would constantly be disturbed by people shouting in the streets, in the markets, in the classrooms. Moses wrote a law to put them out of the camp so the place would be a “CITY OF PEACE”. Which is meant to be a prophetic type for us of religious cloisters, or what we see in the Western World are called ‘Churches’. Inside there it is a “City of Peace” because, and this will come as a surprise to many (religious people), it is not permitted within the confines of those ‘camps’ to declare the existence of sin. What is declared to the people are traditions and man-made laws which the worshipers believe, and are told, if only they keep them God is pleased and at peace with them. But, it is an illusion. The New Testament teaches believers are to confess their sins to one another and repent and forgive others. But Church-ianity is based on exclusiveness: we are pure, the rest are lepers, and that is why we cloister apart. Read the rest of Numbers 5 concerning the ‘oath of jealousy’. The husband is the pastor, the priest, the paid minister so common in Western religion. The ‘wife’ is his congregation. The hirelings are full of jealousy to keep their wives loyal to themselves and their traditions, man-made religious ‘distinctives’, and personality cults. The people in these places live in fear to question ‘authority’ lest they be cursed like the woman who drinks the bitter water. Do you call this a ‘City of Peace’? Is this what Jesus preached? Nooooo. Jesus preached anyone and everyone enters the Kingdom of God through faith in Him. But the religious people in his day cut Jesus out. They ran him out of the synagogue. So we see Jesus preaching to the lepers and healing the lepers. This is authentic Christianity. Jesus said “All authority in Heaven and Earth is given to Me. Go and make disciples teaching them to obey all I have commanded you.” This authority was never delegated. The Gospel today is the same Gospel Jesus preached then. As believers our only obligation is to Jesus Christ and his commands. Not to any religion or to any religious person. When we abide in Christ we proclaim we are members of the Heavenly Kingdom, awaiting Him to usher us in when He appears. But what will he say to the religious? Who have perverted his words? Who have snagged his free fishes in religious nets? To feast on them and live off them? Blessings. servant mark
Truly appreciate all that knowledge and True word of God. Indeed Jesus is our Savior and can’t wait to be in heaven with my daughter for ever since it’s been difficult and getting more complex to see her and share lots of time together here on earth. I don’t go to those churches anymore for many years now. I do keep seeing that number 122 everywhere all the time. It must be very significant since my 4 yr old daughter was born exactly at 1:22p and my birth month is January 22. I’m struggling with sinful modern western way of life and don’t even feel like working, meeting a new girl or even hanging with many people nor even my family. There have been times in my life when I saw numbers like that. Not lately. I don’t have an explanation for it except I used to look up the Bible Chapter for the number (we have a handy link to a page that does that) and meditate to see if God was speaking a message to me or not. And He was. And I got it. And I stopped seeing the numbers. We are in such bad times Ariel. I understand how you long to be with the LORD and how you feel what this world offers, even in basic human relationships is so tarnished and unfulfilling in our generation. I urge you to keep looking for a soul mate: someone who shares your love for Jesus: and where that is the center of the relationship. I wear a tee shirt (I had them printed custom) that says “FREE CHRISTIAN” in big block letters. Its my silent advertising. It starts conversations with people. You may meet a soul mate this way. I have often used your research in the past and it has helped with my own studying and understanding. However this morning I am finding some differences from when I have used the site in the prior months. Can you please clarify? I had the understanding that the number 120 was for divine period of probation. As I have went back to your material today, I see a lot has been added and even changed. Hi Kimberley. I do occasionally go back and change the meaning of a number. But that rarely happens. For example, I changed ’45 PRESERVED LIFE’ to ’45 PRESERVED LIFE: BARELY SURVIVED’ for extra clarity. However I have never assigned the meaning ‘divine period of probation’ or even ‘probation’ to any number. You are likely confusing my meanings with someone else’s meanings. Been looking at the number fifteen lately: I’ve noticed how the word ‘fifteen’ is used in 15 books of the Bible (12 OT and 3 NT), and about the 15 “Song of Degrees” in Psalms 120-134; apparently the result of the 15 added years for Hezekiah. Also, Passover on the 14th, followed by High Sabbath first day of unleavened bread. Anything to add?
Hi Bob. The clue is Passover on the 14th. Passover represents Christ’s sacrifice, his payment for ours sins. By his blood on the cross we are delivered from the penalty of sin, and we receive the righteousness of Christ. The meaning of 14 is RIGHTEOUSNESS and DELIVERANCE. As 15 follows 14, we now have PEACE WITH GOD. My meaning for 15 is PEACE. 15 = 3 x 5. 3 is God. 5 is Grace. 15 = God’s Grace. Sins forgiven, we stand in right relationship with God, at Peace with our Maker.
Hi Bob. In addition to my comment below you will note Psalm 120 is the first Psalm of Ascents. There are 15 Psalm of Ascents and 120 is the 15th Triangular Number. It is the triangle with 15 on the base, and 15 on each side. Or, the sum of the numbers from 1 to 15. In spiritual interpretation, triangles are very strong. So, the Peace of God we enjoy is durable.
Why bad number 66? Books in the Bible (39+27 and 33×2), Generations from Adam to Jesus with the second Jacob connection to Enoch the 2nd and Lamech the 2nd.
Hello Bob. 66 = 3 x 22, or “God’s Light”. In reference to the 66 books in the Bible, 66 is definitely a good number! However, 66 also factors as 11 x 6, or “Fear of Man” or “Idol Worship” (please see Theme 6 for details), which is a very bad number! Numbers that have more than one prime factor can have more than one meaning, so can be good or bad numbers. However, that being said, I believe 66 is revealing in the Bible more often than not in a bad way. It appears in the Spiritual Number Map with that sense.
Hi Mark, Like what you say about number 22 “Light”, and think of that number as acrostic, and as Triple Acrostic in Lamentation 3. Other acrostics in the psalms; notably Ps119, as I’m sure you know. Haven’t figured out why the octostrophic layout, other than its association to Lamentations. Ideas?
